Carly Tefft, “The singer-songwriter phenomenon from Cape Cod,” as quoted by The Boston Globe, has hit the ground running. In 2019 alone, Tefft has opened for major country acts such as Justin Moore, Chase Rice, Jimmie Allen and Devin Dawson. Her single, “Better Off At A Bar” continues to rack up thousands of plays on Spotify and currently receives airplay on stations from New England to Nashville such as Country 1025, 1017 The Bull and 1033 Nash FM. Now living in Nashville, Tefft has been invited to perform at prestigious venues such as The Bluebird Cafe, Whiskey Jam and The Listening Room. The 2015 Berklee College of Music grad combines a love of rock, country and pop that defies being narrowed to just one music genre; Take the grit of Michelle Branch and Sheryl Crow, the country crossover sound and guitar licks of Keith Urban, and the soul of Old Dominion to create what she calls “red headed rock and roll.” Tefft's latest release, "Traded" packs a powerful punch that has received rave reviews. If her honest lyrics, full voice and rhythmic guitar skills don't grab your attention, her red hair just might.
